- - This month the payment wasn't deducted; I paid at the bank, score fell 55 points.
For the pass two months I paid my money to capital one and they returned the money to my account.fast forward this month was due they did not do the deduction but I call them to pay the money today at the bank.but I realized my score went down by 55 point on credit karma.
Because this is not my fault.

I had applied for a credit card around April of 2023 and I was waiting for the paperwork in the mail. I called MBNA and they had not received an application but there was an inquiry on my credit karma.
I am just wondering what happened with the application?
Was I denied? If so, wouldnt I have gotten a letter in the mail?

It's showing it's separate.
The other address was temporary until I got my own mailbox. I was living with my cousin until I got on my feet, because I moved to AB from NL.

i spoke to equifax regarding derogatory marks on my score. i contacted the claimant(co saying i owe) they told me paying the debt would not make my score go up,so paying the account would mean u own the debt and you don’t pay ur bills.
the co i contacted for debt didn’t have address, and couldn’t locate me on their map. they would not let me contest the alleged debt without providing a credit card. very sus. called EQuiFAX they contested debt, and could not find other derogatory account.

you are also entitled to 1 free credit monitoring through fed govt. DONT LET CREDIT KARMA REDUCE YOUR SCORE
